Fair Usage Policy
Effective: July 1, 2026. Version: fair_usage_2026_07_01.
ZProxies provides shared IPv6 datacenter proxy infrastructure. This policy keeps service stable and fair for customers using the same network, servers, subnets, and bandwidth.
Normal Use
Normal business and technical use is allowed, including monitoring, QA, SEO checks, ad verification, market research, and application connectivity testing. Usage must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
No Hard Public Bandwidth Cap Unless Stated
If a plan does not list a hard bandwidth cap, occasional high usage may be allowed. However, very heavy or unusual usage that affects infrastructure, providers, IP reputation, or other customers may require review.
When We May Intervene
We may contact you, rate-limit, suspend, replace, or release an order if usage creates network instability, provider complaints, abuse reports, excessive load, abnormal connection rates, repeated authentication failures, unusually high traffic compared with similar orders, or other operational risk.
Examples include packet floods, connection floods, aggressive retry loops, high error-rate automation, excessive concurrent sessions, traffic that triggers provider complaints, or patterns that look like spam, credential attacks, DDoS, scanning, scraping abuse, or payment fraud.
Abuse Is Not Fair Use
Spam, credential attacks, malware, denial-of-service activity, payment fraud, phishing, illegal activity, or intentional bypass of service controls is prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension without refund.
Fair use review is operational. We may act quickly to protect the network, providers, payment processors, customers, and third parties, even before completing a full investigation.
