zProxies have a strict no refund policy for any purchase. That being said, zProxies cannot guarantee that all proxies will grant you access to a specific site, and that if you experience circumstances where the proxies are unable to connect to “X-website”, there will be no refund for the purchase – our only guarantee is that the proxies are able to be connected to.
If you are having technical difficulties please contact our support department for quick resolution via email: info@zproxies.com or ticket before claiming a refund as we will be happy to solve any problems.
Refund allowed ONLY IF
The proxies are not working within 24h ( its not valid if your bot/software/website not supporting the proxies ).
For partial refund or balance clearance please check the below
1 - Refund to credit/debit card is allowed within 3 days only.
2 - Clearing the balance from " Account.zproxies.com " only for amounts 10$ or above, clearing will be send via Crypto ( USDT or PAX ) OR with bank transfer, all fees will be consider from the balance.
3 - No funds to be cleared if there were no orders for last 3 month from the Requesting date. ( funds will be used for orders only ).
Also, please bear in mind that even if you meet the conditions established above, you will be allowed to clear balance only once.
If your refund is approved, zProxies will initiate a refund to your original payment method it should not take more than 7 business days. ( be noted in Cryptocurrency we will refund to the same wallet that made the deposit, so please be careful from which wallet you are depositing and purchasing.
Refunds/clear balance will not be issued to any person who has previously subscribed to or had a free trial of any zProxies products/proxies. This includes current and old accounts.
Refund policy does not apply to proxies used on clothing or sneaker websites or creating accounts. zProxies are not responsible for bot failures, bans or any other issues that may occur during using the bot and that are not related directly to our proxy servers (down proxies). Results from bot proxy checkers and online proxy checkers that may indicate down or bad proxies will not be taken into account as they are not reliable testing tools. When in doubt please test your proxy in browser.
zProxies retain the legal right to fully decline refunds requested after 24 hours of initiated order, in case the order was disputed, zProxies retain full rights over Customer Profile which therefore will be proceeded with legal action and financial abuse report directly to the Payment Providing partners and Governing municipals.
Dispute Resolution, Governing Law. The Parties will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute between them in good faith prior to initiating legal action. Any claim or cause of action under or relating to this Agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas and the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding choice of law principles.
Notwithstanding the above, for Customers headquartered in the European Union Economic Area, as set forth in the Order Form, claims or causes of action relating to this Agreement will be brought in the courts of England and the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts. For such Customers, this Agreement will be governed by the English law, excluding choice of law principles.
If at any time you have questions or concerns regarding a charge from zProxies, please submit a ticket at https://zproxies.com/contact-us. Any received chargebacks will incur a $20 investigation fee on the associated billing account.
zProxies may reject the future use of credit cards from an account for which a chargeback has been previously issued. Upon receipt of a chargeback or credit card or PayPal payment reversal, the account related to the payment may be suspended, but will be most definitely reported for the abuse of legal matters and risk permanent payment providers suspension because of fraudulent activity.
