Terms and Conditions
Effective: May 26, 2026. Version: terms_2026_05_26.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ZProxies, including the website, dashboard, account balance, invoices, proxy orders, support tools, and related services. By creating an account, adding funds, placing an order, or using any proxy service, you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Service Description
ZProxies provides IPv6 datacenter proxy access for legitimate business and technical use cases, including monitoring, quality assurance, SEO checks, ad verification, market research, and application connectivity testing. Proxy availability depends on location, server capacity, and network conditions.
Some locations may be available for instant setup. Other locations may require scheduled setup. When a location or quantity is not immediately available, the order may be marked as setup or pending setup so staff can add capacity or complete provisioning.
2. Account Requirements
You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate account information, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, API key, proxy credentials, and whitelisted IP addresses. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use ZProxies where prohibited by law, sanctions, export restrictions, or payment-provider rules. We may restrict accounts that create legal, payment, security, or abuse risk.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create payment risk, abuse the service, or attempt to bypass platform controls.
3. Account Balance and Payments
ZProxies uses an account-balance model. Customers add funds to their account using the payment methods shown in the dashboard. Proxy order invoices are then paid from account balance.
External payment providers are used for adding funds only. A payment is not considered available balance until it is confirmed by the payment provider and recorded by ZProxies. Account balance has no cash value outside the platform except where a refund is approved under our Refund Policy.
4. Orders, Setup, and Delivery
When you place a proxy order, the dashboard creates an order and invoice. After the invoice is paid from account balance, the system attempts to provision the order. If provisioning succeeds, the order becomes active and proxy access details are available in your dashboard.
If automatic provisioning fails or capacity is not immediately available, the invoice may remain paid while the order stays in setup. This means staff must review, add capacity, retry provisioning, or otherwise complete the order. This state is not a failed payment; it is a setup state for a paid order.
5. Renewals and Expiration
Orders are active for the duration selected at checkout or renewal. You are responsible for renewing orders before they expire. Expired, suspended, or released orders may stop working and may lose assigned proxy resources.
Renewal availability depends on account balance, order status, server availability, and platform rules at the time of renewal.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use ZProxies only for lawful, authorized, and compliant purposes. You may not use the service for spam, phishing, credential attacks, account takeover attempts, malware, denial-of-service activity, payment fraud, abuse of third-party services, illegal content, harassment, or activity that violates applicable law.
You are responsible for respecting third-party terms, rate limits, robots policies where applicable, and legal restrictions that apply to your activity. ZProxies may investigate abuse reports and may suspend or release orders to protect the platform, customers, providers, and third parties.
7. Proxy Access and Security
Proxy access may be controlled by username/password authentication, IP whitelist, or other dashboard settings. You are responsible for keeping proxy credentials private and for maintaining accurate whitelist entries. Sharing access in a way that causes abuse, payment risk, or policy violations may result in suspension.
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can review technical issues, failed setup, duplicate payments, or billing mistakes.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, or payment-provider warnings may lead to account restrictions while the issue is reviewed.
9. Service Changes and Availability
We may update pricing, supported locations, server capacity, payment methods, product limits, and dashboard features over time. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific routes, specific speeds, or permanent availability of a given location or server.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZProxies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or access to third-party services.
Your use of proxies is your responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold ZProxies harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms or your account can be sent through the support ticket system or the Contact page.
