Privacy Policy

Effective: May 26, 2026. Version: privacy_2026_05_26.

This Privacy Policy explains what ZProxies collects, why we collect it, and how we use it to provide prepaid IPv6 datacenter proxy services, account balance billing, support, security, and abuse prevention.

Information We Collect

  • Account details such as email address, name if provided, password hash, account status, and email confirmation state.
  • Billing records such as invoices, payments, refunds, account-balance ledger entries, payment provider references, and transaction status.
  • Order details such as location, quantity, duration, assigned proxies, authentication settings, whitelist settings, setup status, and renewal status.
  • Support and communication data such as tickets, replies, admin notes, and email delivery status.
  • Technical and security data such as login IP address, user agent, API key activity, webhook URLs, webhook delivery logs, payment webhook logs, and server health/admin logs.
  • Policy consent records such as accepted policy versions, timestamp, IP address, and user agent.

How We Use Information

We use this information to create accounts, verify email addresses, manage account balance, create and pay invoices, provision proxy orders, deliver credentials, process support requests, send service emails, prevent abuse, investigate security events, respond to chargebacks, and maintain accounting records.

Payments

ZProxies uses external payment providers to add funds to account balance. We do not store full card numbers. Payment providers may process payment details, fraud signals, wallet details, and transaction metadata under their own terms and privacy policies.

Proxy Service Logs

Proxy services may generate operational logs needed for delivery, troubleshooting, security, abuse reports, traffic accounting, and infrastructure health. We use these logs to keep the service working, investigate policy violations, and protect customers, providers, and third parties.

Cookies

The dashboard uses essential cookies and session storage for login, CSRF protection, security, and normal account functionality. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, we will update this policy and add consent controls where required.

Subprocessors and Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, CDN/security, email delivery, payment processing, crypto payment processing, monitoring, and admin alerts. Current categories include Stripe, NOWPayments, SMTP/email providers, Cloudflare or similar CDN/security providers, hosting providers, and Telegram/admin alert delivery if enabled.

Sharing

We do not sell customer account data. We may share data with service providers needed to operate ZProxies, with payment providers to process payments and disputes, with infrastructure providers to deliver the service, or when required to comply with law, prevent abuse, respond to chargebacks, or protect the platform.

Retention

We keep account, invoice, payment, refund, consent, and accounting records as long as needed for business, tax, audit, dispute, and legal purposes. Security and operational logs are kept as long as needed for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service integrity, unless a longer period is required for an investigation or legal obligation.

Your Choices

You may update account profile details in the dashboard where available or contact support for access, correction, deletion, or account-closure requests. Some records, such as invoices, payments, refunds, abuse records, and consent logs, may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute reasons.

Security

We use technical and administrative controls such as password hashing, CSRF protection, access controls, payment webhook validation, admin permissions, and monitoring. No internet service is perfectly secure, so you must keep your account password, API key, proxy credentials, and whitelisted IPs safe.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
